MGP offers mobile personal training  for adults in your work or home and athletic performance training to youth athletes at Tennessee State’s athletic facilities.

Mobile personal training is offered to adults who are looking to increase their fitness levels, incorporate healthy nutrition habits, and live a sustainable long term healthy lifestyle. MGP training is based on the most up to date training and research in the field. Our training is based on proven principles that provide a high level training without the risk of injury. Our training goal is to put stress on the body so that there’s super-compensation resulting in muscle gain, body fat loss, and increased health benefits. During a fitness training session we will cover: soft tissue quality, general joint/muscle mobility, dynamic warm-up, power development, strength development specifically hypertrophy, and energy system development for fat loss.

Athletic performance training is offered to youth, middle school, high school, and college/pro athletes. MGP-AP training is geared to make the athlete reach their full athletic potential through speed, power, strength, and metabolic conditioning of their bodies. Goals of training are to help the athlete reduce the chance of future injury, increase performance, and increase self confidence. Training will be 60-75 minutes depending on the training level of the athlete and will be as sport specific as possible.
